Job Summary:

We are seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead business-focused projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role emphasizes business processes, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution rather than technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery aligned with business goals and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.)
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations at all levels
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
• Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with business processes and organizational standards

Required Qualifications:

• PMP certification (from Project Management Institute)
• 5–10+ years of project management experience (functional/business domain)
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in domains such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Business Transformation
