Job Description: As Director of CRO, you will lead the strategy and execution of conversion rate optimization across LawnStarter's digital properties. You will own A/B testing programs, landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to drive measurable improvements in lead quality and customer acquisition efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • CRO strategy and A/B testing at scale
  • Google Optimize, Optimizely, or equivalent
  • Data analysis (SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • UX principles and copywriting for conversion
  • Cross-functional leadership

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in CRO, growth marketing, or digital optimization
  • Proven track record of improving conversion metrics at scale
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Remote-capable, any timezone considered
