Hiring: Director of Operations (x3)

Location: Southeast US or Northeast US | ~75% Travel

Compensation: Up to $140K base + 15% bonus + equity

Seven Executive is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed commercial landscaping organization that has expanded rapidly over the past three years. We are seeking three Director of Operations to support continued growth across key regions.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on closing operational gaps (supporting under-resourced or newly acquired branches) and building long-term capability across field teams through coaching and training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day operations of landscape maintenance crews
• Managing client relationships and ensuring service quality
• Planning resources (labor, scheduling, equipment)
• Supporting team development, safety, and performance standards
• Identifying enhancement opportunities and supporting project delivery
• Tracking financial and operational metrics (hours, costs, revenue)
• Assisting with budgeting, estimating, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Experience managing landscape maintenance operations and client relationships
• Strong operational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with tools such as Aspire, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel extensively
