Job Description: A coordination and engagement role responsible for outreach, scheduling, and relationship management with participants or community members — supporting a program or service that relies on active participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to participants or community members via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, events, or program activities
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and status in CRM or tracking systems
- Follow up with participants to ensure engagement milestones are met
- Communicate with internal teams on participant needs and program status
