Job Description: You'll generate qualified meetings with decision-makers at large law firms through outbound prospecting. This is a high-ownership role with direct access to founders, ideal for someone who thrives in a startup and enjoys the hunt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting (90% of the role) via LinkedIn, email, phone, and video to Am Law 200 law firms
  • Book 5+ demo meetings per week with qualified decision-makers (Partners, PD Directors, Practice Group Leaders)
  • Run 15-minute discovery calls to qualify prospects before scheduling demos
  • Map buying committees and identify key stakeholders within firm hierarchies
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report accurately on KPIs
  • Follow up on conference, CLE, and webinar leads
  • Collaborate with founders and marketing on messaging, strategy, and campaign feedback

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales development role
  • Experience with enterprise sales to complex, sophisticated buyers
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Multi-channel outreach skills: LinkedIn, email, phone
  • Experience with sales tools: Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Background in SaaS, LegalTech, FinTech, or Financial Services preferred
