We're Hiring: Executive Assistant - Local Indianapolis Area Candidates only

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the founder’s daily schedule and priorities
  • Ensure time is spent on high-value, revenue-generating activities
  • Track recruiter performance (submissions, interviews, placements)
  • Build and maintain weekly scorecards and reporting
  • Run daily and weekly execution check-ins
  • Coordinate communication across the team
  • Ensure follow-through on key initiatives
  • Support systems (ATS, CRM, reporting tools)
  • Assist with email campaign coordination (secondary)

What Success Looks Like

  • The founder is focused on closing deals and driving revenue
  • Recruiters are accountable and producing consistently
  • Nothing falls through the cracks
  • The business runs with structure and clarity

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing up and holding people accountable
  • Experienced in supporting a founder, executive, or small team
  • Thinks in systems and processes
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, basic automation)
  • Proactive, not reactive

Important Notes

  • This is NOT a recruiting role initially
  • This is NOT a passive administrative role
  • You will be expected to take ownership and drive execution

Compensation

  • Competitive base (based on experience)
  • Growth opportunity into an operations leadership role

This is a Full-time, 1099 contractor role, with flexible daytime hours. There will even be an opportunity to earn bonuses.
