JOB TITLE: Grant Operations Manager

LOCATION: 100% remote (US only)

DURATION: 12 month contract

PAY RANGE: $65 - $75/hr

TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 5+ years of operations or program/project management experience in a process-driven environment
• Strong expertise with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Microsoft Excel, and project management tools (JIRA or similar)
• Proven ability to manage structured workflows, maintain data integrity, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting academic, research, or grant-based programs
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems or technical/research environments
• Background in data cleaning, quality control, or customer support operations
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Project or Program Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows or analyze data

In this role you will.....

• Manage and maintain accurate program data in Salesforce and internal systems
• Coordinate end-to-end review processes, including assignments, tracking, and timelines
• Review applications for eligibility and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Handle applicant communications and support grant fulfillment activities
• Partner with researchers and cross-functional teams to provide updates and maintain records
• Serve as a key point of contact for program support and inquiries
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and process resources
• Build reports and dashboards to track program performance
• Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements and testing
• Track progress, provide updates, and escalate blockers as needed
