Bond Health Staffing, a well-established healthcare staffing firm with a strong nationwide footprint, is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Professional with full-cycle recruiting experience. Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and managing full-cycle recruitment. You’ll work closely with leadership to grow existing markets and open new ones, while enjoying the flexibility to work hybrid, or fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow new client relationships across healthcare, allied health, mental health, and special education sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing client accounts
- Identify emerging staffing needs and market opportunities nationwide
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement goals
- Represent Bond Health as a trusted partner to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare staffing sales and business development experience is required
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused
- Ability to work independently (remote or hybrid)
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
