Bond Health Staffing, a well-established healthcare staffing firm with a strong nationwide footprint, is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Professional with full-cycle recruiting experience. Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and managing full-cycle recruitment. You’ll work closely with leadership to grow existing markets and open new ones, while enjoying the flexibility to work hybrid, or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new client relationships across healthcare, allied health, mental health, and special education sectors
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing client accounts
  • Identify emerging staffing needs and market opportunities nationwide
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement goals
  • Represent Bond Health as a trusted partner to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous healthcare staffing sales and business development experience is required
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused
  • Ability to work independently (remote or hybrid)
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
