Senior Import Compliance Auditor

Note: this is not a traditional customs brokerage role (as it is not an “operational” one which will be processing entries in a live environment and conducting related logistics activities). It is a position that is primarily self-driven, data-focused, and while it is one that will operate within a team, many/most of the day-to-day tasks will be conducted without a significant degree of co-worker or client interface. It will appeal to compliance professionals and those with a preference for low-contact work which requires a high degree of competency and professionalism. Although likely implied, competency with Microsoft Office products is required. To accommodate remote work, employees must provide their own stable home internet connection. Otherwise, any required hardware/software will be provided.

This role is remote, though it will require some in-person training at the start, and other in-office time on only a limited as-needed basis at the discretion of management after that (for training, meetings, etc.). Further, an office in SW Portland is available to any employee who needs to use it any number of hours/days per week.
