Job Description: You'll conduct outbound prospecting and appointment setting on behalf of LevelUp Leads' B2B tech clients, qualifying leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualified prospect lists
  • Qualify leads using established frameworks and book discovery meetings for client AEs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Communicate clearly with clients on pipeline status and prospecting feedback
  • Hit weekly and monthly meeting booking targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or SDR roles
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach sequencing platforms
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
