Job Description: You'll deeply understand Everlaw's law firm audiences through market analysis and data-driven insights, shaping product strategy in a greenfield space — including pricing, packaging, willingness to pay, and go-to-market strategy. You'll translate customer needs into roadmap influence and equip Sales and Customer Success with the tools to win.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and data-driven research to uncover customer needs and competitive dynamics in the law firm segment
- Shape product strategy including pricing, packaging, and willingness to pay for a greenfield market
- Partner with Product, Design, User Research, and Engineering to ensure solutions match real customer needs
- Orchestrate high-impact go-to-market launch strategies for new product capabilities
- Create positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets for the law firm buyer
- Equip and train Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate Everlaw's unique value to law firm buyers
Skills Required: Product marketing, go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, buyer persona research, sales enablement content creation, competitive analysis, cross-functional collaboration, B2B SaaS.
Requirements:
- Proven product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong market research and analysis capability
- Experience creating pricing and packaging strategy
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Legal technology experience a strong plus but not required
