Job Description: You'll manage the client relationships for Sell More Homes' coaching program participants, ensuring real estate agents stay engaged, make progress, and get the value they paid for. You'll be a combination of accountability partner, relationship manager, and program coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships across the Sell More Homes coaching program
- Conduct regular check-in calls with coaching clients to track progress and accountability
- Identify clients at risk of dropping out and proactively address their concerns
- Coordinate with coaches and program managers on client-specific situations
- Handle client onboarding, milestone tracking, and renewal conversations
- Gather feedback from clients to improve coaching program quality
Skills Required: Client success, account management, coaching support, real estate industry knowledge (preferred), communication, empathy, accountability-focused mindset.
Requirements:
- Experience in client success, account management, or a coaching support role
- Real estate industry background or familiarity strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable conducting regular check-in calls with clients
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
