Job Description: You'll co-lead the company's creative vision and brand strategy alongside the co-founder. You'll own creative direction across all customer touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in conversions, revenue, and audience engagement. This is a high-ownership role inside a rapidly growing direct-response business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own creative direction across all funnels, ads, landing pages, and content
• Work directly with the Co-Founder, Growth, and Media teams on creative testing and iteration
• Direct creative production across designers, video editors, and copywriters
• Drive QA on all creative assets before launch
• Translate voice-of-customer research into compelling messaging

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses
• Proven track record overseeing $1M+ funnels with strong voice-of-customer research skills
• Ability to lead creative teams, manage QA processes, and own final approvals
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
