Job Description: You'll onboard new gym and fitness studio customers onto the Gymflow platform and provide ongoing support — helping busy studio owners get set up, trained, and running as smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new customer onboarding from signup through full platform implementation
• Conduct onboarding calls and walkthroughs to get new clients live on Gymflow
• Provide ongoing customer support via chat, email, and video call
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate bugs with clear documentation
• Build and maintain help documentation and training materials
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team

Skills Required: Customer onboarding, SaaS platform support, clear verbal and written communication, customer empathy, problem-solving, fitness industry knowledge a bonus.

Requirements:

• Customer support or onboarding experience, preferably in SaaS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fitness industry or gym/studio background a genuine bonus
