Responsibilities
Learn and execute our proven sales and client service systems
Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
Clearly explain coverage options and help clients make informed decisions
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up
Collaborate with leadership and peers to deliver an excellent client experience
Meet activity and performance benchmarks that unlock growth and income opportunities
Maintain compliance with state insurance and licensing guidelines
Participate in weekly virtual meetings, coaching, and training sessions
Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads
Help families secure appropriate protection and financial solutions
