Job Description: You'll manage ongoing client relationships at Dofollow Inc., ensuring link-building campaigns are delivered well and clients feel supported, informed, and retained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with link-building campaign deliveries
  • Proactively communicate campaign progress and results to clients
  • Identify and address client concerns before they become escalations
  • Coordinate with the link-building and outreach teams on client-specific requirements
  • Handle onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth campaign kick-offs
