Job Description: PostHog's FDE is entirely remote and async — not the Palantir embed-for-months model. You'll lead short-term projects with customers to implement PostHog efficiently, audit implementations, manage migrations, integrate data pipelines, and deliver insights. You'll build automation to scale the FDE function without requiring constant on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead short-term technical implementation projects with PostHog customers
• Audit existing PostHog implementations and recommend improvements based on best practices
• Manage migrations — large analytics stack migrations, SDK changes, data integrations
• Build automation that lets PostHog scale customer deployments without scaling headcount
• Act as the bridge between deep customer technical context and PostHog's product and engineering teams
• Drive the kinds of data discovery that inform PostHog's roadmap for new customer profiles

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack software engineering background — you can code and build, not just configure
• Experience navigating complex enterprise technical environments and stakeholders
• Strong async written communication skills for a fully remote engagement model
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute implementation projects independently
• Curiosity about how large companies build their data and analytics infrastructure
