Job Description: You'll enhance employee engagement and culture at Turquoise Health — a fully remote company where maintaining connection, belonging, and a strong people experience requires intentional effort and creative programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person team events that build connection across a distributed team
- Manage the onboarding experience for new hires — ensuring they ramp effectively and feel welcomed
- Oversee people operations responsibilities including HR systems, policy administration, and employee lifecycle management
- Build and maintain employee engagement programming tailored to a remote-first culture
- Partner with leadership on people strategy, retention, and culture initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, people operations, or a people-facing people team role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creativity in designing engagement programs for fully remote teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine care for employee experience
- HR systems experience (HRIS, onboarding tools, etc.)
