Description
Partnering closely with our Money Movement team, you will drive business impact through (among other things):
- Developing reporting frameworks and metrics that help determine incremental revenue made by launching different features
- Coordinating with Product, Engineering and Analytics Engineering to implement and measure the success of a new Account Credit payment method
- Measuring the impact of adding payment methods on conversion and how it impacts our take rate
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our payment unit economics and product experience based on historical trends
- Evaluating expected impact of different partnership opportunities to influence business decision-making
As a member of SeatGeek’s analytics team, you will be able to collaborate with and learn from a group of high-performing analysts, data scientists, and engineers!
What you'll do
- Join a team of Data Analysts that influences the directions in which we push our Supply product as we seek to create even greater value for our customers over time
- Define, evaluate, and monitor key metrics, understanding the root causes of changes, and proactively surface insights to Money Movement leadership
- Perform A/B test analysis in partnership with the Checkout Product Team within our existing suite of tools and platforms. Deep dive into results to gather insights to shape the experimentation roadmap
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify areas to optimize our payment options and influence customers towards certain payment methods
- Measure how different costs factor into our net take and work closely with Supply Product teams to identify areas that we could improve
- Work closely with data and product team stakeholders to build lasting data modeling solutions, including automating analyses and authoring pipelines via SQL-based ETL frameworks
- Communicate key learnings and recommendations to product teams in a manner that productively influences decision making
What you have
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- A degree or higher in economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, psychology, or another quantitative discipline
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL
- Experience performing analysis with large datasets
- Experience building reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools
- An understanding of online testing methodologies and metric development
- Proficiency in a scripting language (Python or R) is a plus
- Domain expertise in payments and complex revenue metrics is a plus

The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $157,000 USD. This role is also equity eligible. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
