Job Description: A structured entry-level software QA role where you follow scripted test plans to identify bugs, UX friction points, and functionality issues in web and mobile applications. No coding experience is required—this is a test-script-following and issue-documentation role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow written test scripts to test software features across web and mobile platforms
- Document bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and screenshots
- Report findings using bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Verify that previously reported bugs have been fixed in new software builds
- Collaborate with the QA team on test coverage and reporting
