Job Description: You'll lead technical program management across GitLab's engineering organization, driving cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can manage complexity at scale, communicate clearly with executives, and keep multiple large initiatives on track in a fully async, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
• Drive cross-functional engineering programs from scoping through delivery
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to align on priorities
• Establish frameworks and processes that improve program visibility and execution
• Remove blockers and manage risk across multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Communicate program status, decisions, and trade-offs to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in technical program or project management within a technology company
• Proven ability to lead TPMs and manage complex cross-functional programs
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with fully asynchronous, globally distributed work environments
• Familiarity with DevOps, software development lifecycles, or enterprise SaaS
