Description
- Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution across TV/CTV, Direct Mail, Influencer, Affiliate, and Podcast channels.
- Develop annual and quarterly channel plans with clear growth targets, budget allocations, and measurement frameworks.
- Balance direct response objectives with upper-funnel investment to drive downstream acquisition and LTV.
- Continuously evaluate the channel landscape and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media partners, agencies, influencer talent, affiliate networks, and vendors.
- Build and own a rigorous measurement and attribution framework across all channels.
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics for designing budget allocation studies.
- Establish clear KPIs and pacing dashboards for each channel; address underperformance.
- Translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Actively integrate AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Pilot AI-enabled marketing technologies to enhance speed, personalization, or cost efficiency.
- Build systems and playbooks to reduce manual work.
- Champion a culture of learning and experimentation in AI usage.
- Advocate for creative quality and relevance in channel performance.
- Partner with Creative teams to inform briefs and creative direction.
- Own a structured creative testing and measurement roadmap for continuous improvement.
- Translate performance signals into feedback for Creative teams.
- Partner with Finance on budget forecasting and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with Growth and Digital Marketing teams to align channels.
- Educate stakeholders on offline channel dynamics.
- Manage and mentor a small team in analytics, creativity, and AI fluency.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply/vendor management.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and operational improvements.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Finance/FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to build processes and teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in spend data and vendor economics.
- Preferred experience in consumer, e-commerce, food, or high-growth environments.
- Leadership experience in building a procurement function is a plus.
