Job Description: You'll teach English online to students in Asia through The Really Great Teacher Company's structured curriculum and scheduling system. Classes are scheduled in advance; you choose your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to students across Asia through pre-structured lesson plans and curricula
• Conduct engaging, student-friendly online lessons using video conferencing tools
• Follow RGTC's curriculum and teaching guidelines consistently
• Provide feedback and encouragement to students throughout lessons
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled class sessions

Skills Required: English language teaching, clear verbal communication, patience, online teaching tools (Zoom or similar), computer literacy.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker or near-native bilingual (Bilingual English-Portuguese especially welcome per the listing)
• Computer literate with reliable internet connection and a quality headset
• Excellent communicator — patient and engaging in one-on-one teaching contexts
• Teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification a plus but not always required
