Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Stay up to date with industry standards to provide high-quality advice
  • Contribute to market development strategy
  • Perform performance reports
  • Remain accountable, and coachable, to your trainer, who will guide you through a professional, institutional-level development program

What you will do

  • Sell financial-service products (e.g., life insurance, annuities, investments) through our partner companies
  • Manage client relationships, guide them through their financial-planning journey, and deliver value
  • Optionally recruit, mentor, and build your own team of licensed agents-generating overrides/bonuses in addition to your own production
  • Be your own boss, set your own hours, work from anywhere with wi-fi, and build your own business according to your ambition

Who you are

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you are self motivated, disciplined, coachable, and ready to take ownership of your career and business.
  • Comfortable networking, building relationships, and communicating- you enjoy helping others achieve financial success
  • Willing to complete required provincial licensing exams(life insurance or securities) and a record check. No previous experience is required-there is extensive on-going training
  • Understand that income is commission based and will build over time and are ready to invest in their own growth and business
