Job Description: You'll own product strategy and roadmap for Oscilar's fraud and AML product areas — working closely with the engineering and data science teams to build the features that banks, fintechs, and credit unions depend on to manage financial crime risk. You'll be working directly with founders and engineering leadership in a high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for fraud detection and AML compliance features
• Work directly with engineering, ML, and data science teams to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
• Engage with Oscilar's enterprise clients (SoFi, MoneyGram, Nuvei, and others) to understand their fraud and AML challenges
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in fraud, AML, and compliance
• Define success metrics and track product outcomes
• Work with the Sales team on go-to-market for new fraud and AML capabilities

Requirements:

• Product management experience with fraud, AML, compliance, or risk management products
• Understanding of financial services regulations and the fraud/AML landscape
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-driven product decisions
• Excellent written communication and ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup
• B2B SaaS or fintech product management background strongly preferred
