Job Description: You'll build features that River's clients use every day — working across the full web stack in a React + Elixir + Postgres codebase. This is a high-ownership role where you'll have real influence over product direction, technical decisions, and the experience of hundreds of thousands of Bitcoin users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop new features and products in the React + Elixir codebase powering River's web applications and API
• Work closely with product management to plan and scope new projects and initiatives
• Design, build, and maintain production services at scale with reliability as a core priority
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers across the full feature lifecycle

Requirements:

• Senior-level full-stack engineering experience comfortable across the entire web stack
• React (frontend) and Elixir (backend) experience strongly preferred; willingness to learn Elixir if coming from similar functional language background
• Postgres expertise and experience with APIs and distributed services
• Experience designing and maintaining production systems at scale
• Interest in Bitcoin and financial technology a genuine bonus
