The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives focused on pricing, revenue structures, and commercial transformation. This role combines functional expertise with technical delivery oversight to drive scalable solutions across pricing, quoting, and revenue operations. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify gaps, design solutions, and ensure successful execution of complex programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery workstreams focused on pricing strategy, revenue optimization, quote-to-cash processes, and deal lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive transformation initiatives across pricing and revenue operations, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing models, discount structures, approval workflows, and revenue management frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless integration across systems supporting pricing and revenue processes, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define pricing strategies, revenue models, and operational processes, while ensuring alignment across business units.
  • Oversee project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring junior team members.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client presentations in the pricing and revenue domain.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in delivering technology-enabled programs focused on pricing, revenue operations, or commercial transformation.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, revenue models, and end-to-end deal lifecycle processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-impact business outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and technology, in dynamic environments.
  • Additional experience in solution design, product ownership, or working within consulting or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
