Job Description: You'll lead a team of engineers building Cribl's AI-powered capabilities, managing day-to-day execution, coaching engineers, partnering closely with Product, and helping hire and onboard new engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6–8 engineers focused on AI features
• Manage execution, coach and mentor engineers, improve team productivity and agile processes
• Partner closely with Product, DevOps, and QA stakeholders
• Participate in architecture and technical design reviews
• Hire and onboard new engineers

Requirements:

• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager
• 6+ years of web application development and testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coaching engineers toward high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code
• Experience with Go, Python, React, PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS a bonus
• US-authorized to work; sponsorship not currently available
