Title: Project Coordinator

Location: REMOTE – PST hours but looking for candidates with schedule flexibility

Duration: 1 year contract – conversion or extension after that

MUST HAVES :

- 1+ years of project coordination experience in a construction or retail environment

- Must be a strong communicator, able to communicate at a high level and able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Confidently able to manage multiple projects and scopes, while being able to pivot quickly as needs arise or scopes evolve.

DAY TO DAY

Provides support of all fixture installation projects, (e.g. New stores, remodels, special projects, expansions, and new depts.) Serves as the point of contact on all projects as assigned, interfacing with Field Management, various Corporate Departments, and vendors. As a point of contact, always maintains a high level of internal Customer Service. Responsible for tracking and communicating all project information, details, and revisions. Responsible for the monitoring and follow-up of all project action items as assigned.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
