At Basalt Media, we are a creative agency that help brands scale their design and content creation without hiring in-house teams by providing monthly design subscriptions.

This role is open to anyone who can start conversations with business owners. Whether through your existing network or direct outreach (DMs, email, calls, etc.). If you’re proactive and comfortable reaching out, you’ll do well here.

This isn’t a traditional role. You don’t need manage clients, or do any creative work.

Your role is simple:
Introduce us to the right businesses. That’s it.

If your referral becomes a client, you earn 100% of their first payment. Typically $299 to $999 USD per client.

• No cap on earnings
• Fully remote across North America
• We handle all sales, delivery, and support

It’s a good fit if you’re well-connected or just naturally come across businesses that need better design.
