The Role
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Lead to take charge of our creator-commerce strategy.
This isn’t traditional influencer marketing — it’s performance-led, commercially driven, and directly tied to sales. You’ll own and execute a TikTok Shop growth strategy centered around high-volume content, rapid creative testing, and constant optimisation.
You’ll analyse what content actually converts, build revenue-focused briefs, and scale creator campaigns, challenges, and incentive structures that drive measurable results. Working closely with creative, paid media, and external partners, you’ll be responsible for turning TikTok Shop into a major growth engine for the business.
The Profile
- Proven experience growing and driving significant results for TikTok shop
- Proven experience leading performance-driven creator communities (ideally for TikTok Shop)
- Experience managing large-scale creator content pipelines (e.g., thousands of assets/month).
- A strong creative strategist with a deep understanding of what makes TikTok Shop content convert.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, its mechanics, and its creator ecosystem.
- Commercially focused and data-literate—understands GMV, ROAS, CPA, and how to optimise against them.
- Exceptional communicator and highly organized—comfortable briefing, motivating, and managing creators at scale.
The Responsibilities
- 50% – Creator Community Building & Management: Scale and lead our TikTok Shop creator network. Launch challenges, foster engagement, and build daily relationships that drive high-quality content.
- 30% – Creative Strategy & Briefing: Develop and refine performance-first creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends across TikTok Shop and relevant channels.
- 10% – Performance Analysis & Iteration: Use content, shop, and paid performance data to drive creative iteration and campaign improvement.
- 10% – Platform & Agency Oversight: Manage agency partners and collaborate with TikTok Shop and internal teams to enhance performance.
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building creator or customer communities with proven results (e.g., GMV, sales).
- 1+ year of experience scaling TikTok Shop operations or directly driving measurable sales through the platform.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales through creative content — ideally for TikTok Shop.
- Highly analytical and fluent in performance metrics and creator content data.
- A strong creative strategist with the ability to identify top-performing content across our own, competitive, and adjacent categories — and scale those insights into briefs creators can execute.
- Clear, confident communicator and strong collaborator.
