We’re looking for a pragmatic, execution-focused product manager to help us identify real business problems and turn them into buildable solutions.

This role is less about maintaining a backlog and more about going into the field, understanding how businesses operate, uncovering pain points, and working closely with engineering to deliver impactful products.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and unmet needs
• Identify and prioritize high-impact problems worth solving
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements and specifications
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure solutions are practical and delivered efficiently
• Drive execution—this is a hands-on role where getting things done matters more than titles

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, or strong operational experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to solve problems and operate in ambiguity
• Comfortable talking to customers and extracting actionable insights
• Strong written communication skills, especially in creating clear product requirements
• A builder mindset—you focus on outcomes, not process for process’s sake

• Operators who have worked closely with product and engineering teams
• Senior product leaders who are still hands-on and execution-driven
