Job Description: You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and early enterprise accounts across EMEA. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring both pipeline leadership and direct deal involvement—coaching your team to move beyond features and uncover real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale an EMEA AE team focused on mid-market and early enterprise accounts
- Coach your team on strategic selling motions using frameworks like MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Develop and execute regional territory plans to build healthy pipeline across diverse EMEA markets
- Lead outbound sales motion — ensuring team builds majority of pipeline through proactive outbound
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, and Partnerships on customer engagement
- Forecast with accuracy and provide leadership with clear pipeline visibility
- Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional sales talent across EMEA
Requirements:
- 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience including building and leading high-performing AE teams
- Strong track record driving solution/value-based selling motions across EMEA
- Experience selling into mid-market and early enterprise segments, ideally in martech, CDP, or customer engagement
- Experience navigating complex multi-country sales environments across EMEA
- Skilled at coaching outbound pipeline generation and consultative selling
- Data-driven operator who can forecast, manage to targets, and instill operational rigor
