Project Managers have experience in and a passion for the Project Management & Logistics side to a B2B Company specifically in the art curation and creation world. Their focus is to deliver impeccable art on time and on budget. Project Managers are relationship-focused and build long-lasting relationships with vendors based on demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to get the job done. Within their sales / creative team, a successful Project Manager knows how to support their teammates, while converting creative packages into product and managing project deliverables.
This position reports to Director of Production & Fulfillment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Project manage a large volume of team projects from concept to completion, including related logistics, installation and artist/vendor management - both international and domestic
- Oversee quality control of samples, prototypes and finished products
- Work closely with Creative and Accounting to create and review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy
- Manage sample production/approvals
- Manage sample approvals both internally and externally (ie client facing)
- Assist with PO edits where needed
- Manage production, daily check-ins with vendors and team
- Contact vendors to confirm lead times, ETA for production
- Coordinate small parcel & freight shipments
- Manage packing, shipping, and BOL's
- Generate packing lists, commercial invoices, and USMCA certificates of origin for shipments where required
- Quote international shipments (Flexport/K+N)
- Key contact / proactively contact purchasing agents to advise timelines and deliverables
- Approve vendor invoices for payments
- Project manage installation process remotely
- Send deposit requests/final payments to AP for vendor payments/final invoices
- Advise AP regarding shipped POs for final invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years' work experience, preferably in logistics & project management
- Ability to succeed in a quick-moving and cross-functionally focused environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Microsoft Office Skills
