Job Description: You'll own the full growth journey — onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement — helping customers discover value faster and return more often. There's a clear gap between users creating forms and becoming active, retained customers, and this role is central to closing it and turning usage into sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement product experience end to end
- Build and drive an integrated growth roadmap alongside Lifecycle Marketing and PMM
- Define product strategy for your area, grounded in customer insight, business impact, and data
- Identify friction points across the user journey and turn them into fast, testable opportunities
- Lead experimentation across onboarding flows, engagement loops, and retention initiatives
- Partner with Research and Data to understand customer behavior and usage patterns
- Drive measurable improvements in activation, repeat usage, and engagement metrics
Requirements:
- Strong PM experience working on growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement
- Proven track record improving product usage metrics with meaningful business impact
- Deep experience with experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development
- High comfort with product analytics tools (Amplitude or similar)
- Strong product intuition balancing speed with thoughtful decision making
- Experience partnering with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Research teams
- Bias for action, strong ownership, and comfort in fast-moving environments
