Job Description: A hybrid technical writer and product engineer role at the company that invented Argo CD. You'll write documentation that developers actually rely on and contribute code to the Argo Platform itself — making one of the most-used Kubernetes tools even better from both a product and documentation perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive, developer-friendly technical documentation for Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and the Akuity Platform
• Contribute code improvements to the Argo Platform and related open-source tooling
• Identify gaps between user needs and documentation coverage and fill them systematically
• Work closely with engineers on new feature documentation during the development process
• Contribute to tutorials, how-to guides, API references, and developer guides

Skills Required: Technical writing, Kubernetes, GitOps, Argo CD or similar CI/CD tools, Go or Python (for code contributions), developer experience design, documentation tooling (Docusaurus or similar).

Requirements:

• Strong technical writing background with software engineering capability (can read and write code)
• Kubernetes and GitOps experience — must understand the audience you're writing for
• Familiarity with Argo CD, Argo Workflows, or similar tools
• Ability to contribute code fixes and small features alongside documentation work
