Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is looking for a project manager to drive execution and governance across the enterprise.

Position Summary: This role supports the business policy and execution governance layer, ensuring policies enable execution rather than create friction. The Project Manager will act operationally across Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify what is working vs. not working, remove policy and process barriers to execution, establish accountability through performance and governance frameworks, and drive issues through resolution and implementation. The position is highly visible, working primarily with VP-level and above.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Background in business policy, governance initiatives, revenue ops, and finance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

• Manage intake of business policy and operational issues
• Assign ownership and drive resolution
• Apply a risk matrix to assess impact, urgency, and complexity
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and finance.
• Track issues, risks, and progress through resolution
• Communicate decisions and updates to leadership stakeholders
