Project Manager – Systems Integration

📍 Remote - MUST be US Based

We’re seeking a project manager with deep experience in enterprise systems integration to lead the technical coordination of a post merger environment. This role will drive the integration of core platforms, data flows, and business processes across two organizations, while also leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption, user readiness, and minimal operational disruption.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end to end systems integration projects tied to the merger
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations)
• Oversee integration of key systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Support data migration, system alignment, and user adoption
• Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, training, and adoption strategies

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven track record in systems integration and/or M&A environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
