Job offer description

N2JSoft is looking for a second product designer to support Fanny, lead product designer, within the product team. You will contribute to the evolution of our expense management platform into a more comprehensive suite of accounting products (payment cards, invoice management, etc.). The scope is vast, and the challenges are numerous!

As a Full-Stack Product Designer , you are the voice of the user and a key driver of product excellence in our B2B Fintech environment. You are responsible for designing the end-to-end user experience for our platform, which includes a responsive web application and native mobile applications (iOS & Android) .

Your mission is to transform the complexity of B2B financial processes into simple, accessible, and high-impact digital solutions . You will demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in managing your projects, from the research phase to final delivery.

Missions:

User Research & Strategy

  • Understanding the uses and needs of our B2B clients through qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, tests, surveys).
  • Leverage product data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar…) to guide decisions, measure performance and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Synthesize insights to frame the problems to be solved in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the Lead Product Designer.

Cross-platform UX/UI design

  • Designing user journeys, user flows and wireframes adapted to B2B products with complex business logic.
  • Create high-fidelity UI mockups that are consistent with the product identity across all media.
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience on responsive web (desktop / tablet) and native mobile (iOS / Android).

Quality, system & collaboration

  • Integrate good accessibility practices (RGAA / WCAG) from the design stage.
  • To actively contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system.
  • Document and argue the design choices in a structured and factual manner.
  • Prototype quickly with Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
  • Collaborating daily with the Tech and Product teams (QA design, feasibility, and Agile delivery).

Job requirements

Desired profile

Experience : 5 years of experience in product design on B2B SaaS products , with a strong ability to lead a project from start to finish .

Expertise : complete mastery of the UX/UI cycle, from discovery to delivery.

Pragmatism : being able to guide design decisions towards concrete, useful and feasible solutions, taking into account real constraints (users, technical, deadlines, business) and prioritizing impact over theoretical perfection.

Complex products : comfortable with rich and structured business interfaces.

Analytics : knowing how to interpret and cross-reference qualitative and quantitative data from user research and testing (interviews, observations, metrics, usage) in order to extract actionable insights and guide design decisions.

Tools : excellent command of Figma (design system, components, collaboration).

Method : autonomous, impact-oriented, comfortable with research and a data-driven approach.

Multi-platform : proven experience in responsive web and native mobile.

Soft skills : excellent communicator, critical thinking, thoroughness in documentation and ability to defend one's choices.

Values : attention to detail, focus on accessibility, desire to build useful and high-impact products.

Languages : fluent in French and professional English.

Why join us?

  • You will be joining a structured Product team, with a real emphasis on design in business and strategic decisions.
  • You work on concrete and high-impact topics, at the heart of B2B Fintech products used daily by thousands of professionals.
  • You will be working in a collaborative and supportive environment, with daily interactions with PMs, developers, QA and business teams.
  • You benefit from a clear framework (methodology, roadmap, objectives) while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in your work.
  • The context is ideal for developing expertise and gradually specializing (accessibility, data/analytics, research, AI…), with real prospects for growth as the team expands.
  • The company offers a stable, long-term and international framework, with areas of innovation (AI product and internal tooling).
  • The position is remote with one week of on-site presence per quarter at the company's expense.

This job isn't for you if…

  • You are primarily looking for a very creative role with strong graphic freedom: the design system is already in place and strongly structures the interfaces.
  • You prefer to work solely on vision or strategy, without regularly getting your hands dirty with the prototype and operational design .
  • You are not comfortable with complex business products and strong constraints (business, technical, accessibility).
  • You are looking for a very calm environment with little prioritization: there are many topics and production is a key issue today .

Recruitment process

  1. Interview with our HR team – 30 min
  2. Job interview with Fanny, Lead Product Designer – 1 hour
  3. Standalone use case
  4. Return of the use case – 1h30
  5. Final interview with Deborah, CPO – 1 hour

Permanent position available.
