Job Description
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies that support project and initiative success.
- Apply established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to guide project execution.
- Conduct change impact analyses and identify key stakeholders across functions.
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and timelines.
- Coach and support leaders, managers, and project teams in fulfilling their roles during change initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of change management activities across teams.
- Lead communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to enable adoption.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change.
- Establish and track change metrics to measure adoption, utilization, and effectiveness.
- Promote employee engagement, adoption, and proficiency with new systems, processes, and organizational changes.
- Ensure change initiatives are delivered on time and within scope by focusing on the people side of change.
Skills Required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a global organization.
- Proven experience delivering change management initiatives for IT systems or digital transformation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering end-to-end OCM for global organizations.
- Fluency in German or Spanish.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
