Description
About the job
Project Coordinator
We are partnering with a senior technology leader on a high-impact ERP transformation and are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to work directly alongside the CIO.
This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be embedded in a complex, fast-moving ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics → Infor), acting as a critical right hand to the CIO, helping drive organization, accountability, and execution across the project.
The environment is demanding, high-expectation, and highly visible. It’s a strong fit for someone who is sharp, resilient, and thrives under pressure. This is a remote role, M-F 8-5 and a year-long contract.
You’ll be doing:
• Managing an active executive calendar and coordinating cross-functional meetings
• Capturing and synthesizing detailed meeting notes into actionable follow-ups
• Tracking and auditing vendor invoices tied to the ERP project
• Building executive-ready PowerPoint materials
• Creating and maintaining Excel trackers and reporting tools
• Organizing documentation and communication within SharePoint (training available)
We’re looking for:
• Strong administrative/project coordination experience with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Thick skin, strong judgment, and the ability to stay organized under pressure
• Clear, concise communication and documentation skills
• SharePoint experience is a plus (not required)
Backgrounds that tend to align well:
Project Coordinators, Senior Executive Assistants, or individuals who have supported large-scale initiatives or executive leadership teams.
This is a chance to be directly involved in a major ERP transformation and get close to executive decision-making.
If this sounds like you—or someone you’d recommend—please reach out directly.
