Project Manager, Airline

About the job

We are seeking a technical project manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with close alignment to engineering teams. This role requires a strong communicator who can operate at both the technical and executive levels, driving delivery across multiple application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex projects across multiple application and engineering teams
• Partner with engineering to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines across workstreams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and provide clear executive-level updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Proven experience managing large, multi-team initiatives
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• eCommerce or airline industry experience
• Experience with Jira and/or Apptio
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tools in project management
