Intern – IT Infrastructure Project Management

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities

Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, reports, and status updates

Participate in team meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items

Communicate with team members to gather updates and ensure alignment on tasks

Help manage project tools (e.g., task trackers, dashboards, or collaboration platforms)

Monitor deadlines and help ensure deliverables are completed on time

Provide general administrative support to the project management team
