What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Mentor new project managers to represent MasterControl (federal) and manage project changes and updates
• Facilitate communication between MasterControl developers and project teams
• Provide task management and realistic timeframes for NIH-requested modifications and updates
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of changes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in a related field
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication
• Computer literacy to handle various project management tools
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to interact with diverse patients and team members
• Sufficient initiative and social sensitivity to relate constructively to various stakeholders
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in project management within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with MasterControl or similar project management software
• Previous mentoring experience in a professional environment
• Additional certifications related to project management
• Knowledge of NIH processes and procedures
