About the job

Product & Launch Manager (Drops & Collaborations)

  • Client: High-growth DTC Personal Care Brand
  • Location: Remote or Hybrid if local to Phoenix area (travel ~20%)
  • Compensation: $100k - 120k + bonus and equity
  • Must Have: DTC/consumer brand experience driving product launches or drops.

Summary:

We’re partnering with a fast-growing DTC personal care brand looking to hire a Product & Launch Manager (Drops & Collaborations) to own product and drops end-to-end. This isn’t a traditional product role. It’s part product, part merchandising, part brand. You’ll take ideas from concept → sample → launch, while helping build a more creative, collaboration-driven drop engine. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to bring new products and merch drops to life!

What you’ll do:

  • Own product development from concept through launch (samples, testing, approvals)
  • Execute on collaboration drops (licensed/partner-led), ensuring product and merch are developed and delivered on time
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors (travel ~20%)
  • Evaluate samples and drive decision-making with the team
  • Act as the “air traffic controller” across product, creative, and marketing
  • Bring structure and speed to how products get built and launched
  • Proactively identify opportunities and follow through (no hand-holding)

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years product lifecycle exp in a DTC, social-first, challenger brand with a strong voice and track record of creative product launches, collaborations, or drop-style merchandising.
  • Experience touching product, launches, merchandising, or partnerships
  • Exposure to product launches or brand “drops”
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
  • Relationship-oriented—can build and manage vendor/partner relationships
  • Willing to travel and be hands-on with manufacturers and partners
  • AI-forward mindset—uses tools to move faster and work smarter
