What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver high-quality leadership development programs and services for assigned clients, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion
• Serve as the primary contact for client engagements, fostering strong relationships with client project managers and senior sponsors
• Coordinate and onboard new projects, involving relevant team members to ensure successful delivery
• Proactively manage project risks and scope, addressing potential issues before they arise
• Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with the Relationship Manager for referral
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management within an educational environment or professional services firm
• Strong planning and organizational skills for managing complex projects and schedules
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to monitor progress and adapt to changes
• Exceptional customer-focused decision-making to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Genuine interest in adult education and management development fields
• PMP/Prince2 Certification
