Job Description: As Staff GenAI Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of generative AI features embedded into Oscilar's risk-decisioning platform. You'll own architecture, work with LLMs at production scale, design evaluation frameworks, and mentor other engineers on GenAI best practices.

Skills Required:

• LLM integration, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Python and ML production systems
• Model evaluation and fine-tuning
• Distributed systems design
• Risk/compliance domain knowledge (preferred)

Requirements:

• 7+ years engineering, meaningful AI/ML production experience
• Hands-on LLMs in production (prompting, structured output, evals)
• RAG and agentic AI patterns
• Experience in Go, Python, or cloud-native stack
