Job Description: You'll lead marketing activation campaigns for Curaleaf's consumer brands — developing and executing go-to-market programs that drive brand awareness, retail activation, and product trial across Curaleaf's national dispensary footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing activation campaigns across Curaleaf's consumer brands
  • Collaborate with the retail, creative, and digital marketing teams on campaign development
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency relationships
  • Track and report on campaign performance and optimize in-market activities
  • Support product launch activations and promotional events across the dispensary network
  • Work with local market teams on region-specific activation needs

Skills Required: Integrated marketing campaign management, consumer brand activation, retail marketing, budget management, agency management, performance tracking and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Senior marketing or marketing manager experience in CPG, retail, or consumer brands
  • Experience with regulated industry marketing (cannabis, alcohol, or pharma a plus)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimization
