Job Description: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across Instinct's veterinary platform. You'll work closely with product and design to ship high-quality features that vet teams use in live clinical environments. You'll build across the stack — from backend APIs to frontend UI — and contribute to a codebase powering real patient care decisions.

Tech Stack: Elixir (+ Ash framework), Postgres, TypeScript, React, AWS.

Skills Required:

• Elixir or functional programming background
• TypeScript & React
• PostgreSQL and AWS
• Experience building healthcare or high-stakes software (preferred)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Comfort with end-to-end feature ownership
• Experience working in distributed remote teams
• US residency required
