Job Description: You'll own the customer success relationship for Alpaca's EMEA client base — developers, fintech startups, and financial institutions using Alpaca's brokerage API infrastructure. You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion across a rapidly growing international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing relationships with EMEA-based clients across onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and strategic inquiries from EMEA clients
- Monitor client health and proactively identify and address risks to retention
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on client feedback and feature priorities
- Represent the voice of EMEA clients internally and advocate for their needs
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing technical role
- Understanding of fintech, brokerage, or API-based products preferred
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fully distributed, remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools and customer health tracking systems
